2. Client Verification (KYC)
JBM Market is required to verify your identity and residential address ("KYC") and to carry out anti-money laundering ("AML") and sanctions screening.
Documents we may require include:

- A selfie or live verification image
- Evidence that a deposit or withdrawal wallet is held in your name
- Additional documents requested by our compliance team
Verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed, and may be repeated or updated at any time during our relationship.
3. Transaction Monitoring
JBM Market monitors deposits, withdrawals and trading activity to meet its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations.
As part of this monitoring we may:
- Request proof of source of funds or source of wealth
- Request blockchain transaction evidence for a deposit
- Delay a deposit credit or withdrawal pending compliance review
- Reject or return transactions we consider suspicious
- Freeze an account involved in suspected unlawful activity
- Report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law, without notifying you
4. Third-Party Payments
JBM Market operates a strict no-third-party-payments rule. Only the registered account holder may fund and withdraw from their trading account.
Withdrawals may only be sent to a wallet or account held in your own name.
5. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions
We do not open accounts for residents of jurisdictions listed in our Restricted Countries Policy, and we screen clients against applicable sanctions lists.
